Permanent (Stain) Coloured Glass
This permanent colouring is a result of a high temperature, chemical bonding process which attaches metal colouring agents directly onto the surface of the glass. The finished product is a layer of colour in the glass at the surface. The benefit of this colouring process is that the colour will not degrade when exposed to high heat, UV energy, or abrasion.
