Shipping & Returns Policy

At Pegasus Glass, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges
Eligible Items
Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged stock items within 15 days of delivery.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Custom-manufactured or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Sale Items
Items sold at a discounted or clearance price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-Approval Required
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#).
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns, unless otherwise negotiated.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable service such as FedEx or UPS.

International Returns (Including from the USA)
For international customers returning items to Canada, the following policies apply:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs clearance fees.
  • A Return Authorization (RA#) is required before returning any product across the border.
  • Our team will provide commercial invoice templates and return documentation to assist with customs declarations.
  • Shipments should be clearly marked as “Return of Canadian Goods” to avoid unnecessary charges or delays.
Failure to follow return documentation procedures may result in customs charges, delays, or the return being refused.

Freight Shipments 
If your order was delivered via freight carrier, and a return is required: 

  • All returns must be coordinated through our team prior to shipment.
  • We will provide return documentation, including BOL (Bill of Lading) and any applicable customs paperwork.
  • Freight returns must be packaged securely and palletized to ensure safe transit.

Damaged or Defective Products  
If your order arrives damaged or defective: 

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a brief description of the issue for assessment.
  • We will issue a replacement, credit, or full refund as appropriate, pending verification.
